Shine - WW1

Hi Everyone

End of the month and fitting in a last minute challenge, which was top of my list this month! Loved the latest colour combo over at WW1 - White with GOLD!

I've created my background using gold Colorshine and white dylusions ink. I've used the colorshine to spray some book paper and the gauze. My chipboard and flowers have had some gold added to them with a gold gelato.

I've finished off with some gold washi tape and some little gold stars .

And a different perspective:

Mr Cool

Hello everyone

Sharing my layout for All About Scrapbooks this week, using more of the Basic Grey Mon Ami collection. I have gone grungy with this layout, using gesso and stamping on my background and complimenting it with some wood veneer and chipboard embellishments.

My layout has been created using  the May 1 sketch over at Stuck Sketches:

Head on over to the  All About Scrapbooks blog to check out some close ups of my background.

You make me Happy when Skies are Grey

Hi Everyone

This week for All About Scrapbooks,  I am working with the delightful Basic Grey Mon Ami collection. A beautiful collection of papers, with a fabulous Paris theme which would be great for holiday layout.  But it also has some plainer prints and these cute rainy day papes which inspired todays layout.

You make me Happy when Skies are Grey:

To create the rainy day scene, I have used two different papers from the Mon Ami range: The city skyline I have fussy cut along the buildings and then used the raindrop paper for the sky, finishing off with some clouds and rain drops from the sticker range.

To see some close-ups and full list of products used, pop on over to the All About Scrapbooks blog here.

Till next time
